Well Connection (Instrumentation Works)

Scope of Works

The contract outline agreement / call off order covers all Well Connection Works in Mahakam Area (Handil, Tunu, Tambora, Sisi NUBI, Peciko, Bekapai and South Mahakam) including other areas requested by PT. Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (the Company) within the Company premises, to provide Instrumentation Works required for supporting Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Installation Work, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning. These works include the Project Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Personnel / Team, Materials and Equipment.

Provisions of Wellhead Control Panel, Valve Control Panel, Corrosion Injection Skid, Field Instrumentation such as Pressure Switch, Level Switch, Pressure Gauge, Temperature Gauge, Quick Exhaust, Pressure Regulator, Pressure Transmitter, Flow Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Pressure and Temperature Recorder, Ball Valve, Needle Valve, Tubing and Fittings and also consumables (Cable/Tubing Tray Support, Cable Tray, tubing tray, Bolting etc.)

It is performed for several types of wells, the installation requires planning, detail engineering, procurement of material which are not supplied by the Company, fabrication, transportation, site installation, inspection, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the new installation (plant). The construction and installation of this project require frequent mobilization and demobilization due to operational requirements. However, for fabrication, instrument calibration checks and assembly WHCP, Local Control Panel, Corrosion Injection Skid we do at our Workshop.

This instrumentation schedule of work relies on the latest drilling sequence and program, that might be sped up, delayed, postponed or even canceled at any time during the contract period. The Company may as well ask to perform well connection due to production request (e.g. revival well).
